Introducing our First Fall Seasonal Allergy Cleanse!
Inspired by one of our owners and his new found issue with the tree pollen of Indiana, comes our Allergy Cleanse! We at NBJ know how it is to struggle with seasonal allergies and we also know how to beat them. If you have season allergies, Congrats! You have an over active immune system that identifies and tries its hardest to keep foreign pollens and spores out of your body. Unfortunately, life has to happen while your body takes on this intense feat. Let us try to help! Our number one tip to fight seasonal allergies is to cut out pasteurized dairy completely. Dairy inflames the mucous membranes and cutting it out during the rough months, in our opinion, is the #1 biggest way to help yourself make it through pollen season. The next step is to get your body full of plant life that can help you feel good. Our personal favorites are Bee Pollen, Honey, Basil, Nettles, Tumeric, Carrots, and Cinnamon. We have invented a cleanse with all of these ingredients. It is often good for some people to cleanse while dealing with allergies because it allows the body to spend its energy on healing and strengthening as opposed to digesting. We can't promise that this cleanse will make a difference, everybody is so different and everyone has a unique battle to fight, but we have packed it with as much plant life and knowledge that we have. If you have mild allergies and have experienced all of these plants already, you will be good to go. If you have severe allergies and tend to be allergic to everything, you may want to try bee pollen and nettles if you haven't already to see how your body reacts before trying our cleanse. *
